Our annual Christmas concert was held on December 13, 2017. This year’s concert, “Dude You Hear What I Hear?” was performed by grades 4-8. Once again, our music teacher Mrs. Longo did an amazing job directing the show. And the audience seemed to enjoy every minute of the concert.
“Dude You Hear What I Hear?” was about a shy girl named Taylor who gets left at her local Mondo-mart. Taylor thinks she’s all alone until mannequins, Biff, Titiana, Moondog, and Cookie come to life. The mannequins shared their excitement about Christmas, but all they know about Christmas is from Christmas carols. Taylor had to teach them the true meaning Christmas and the importance of Jesus.
The christmas concert was wonderful! The fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh graders all did a great job singing fun songs to go along with the story. The eighth grade performance was a job well done. Everyone delivered their lines accurately and with great acting skills. The audience loved the show giving it loud applause and cheers.
